The staff has been incredibly friendly and the hotel itself is very nice. I don’t know if this is a new trend, but the shower and toilet are in different bathrooms which is incredibly handy for a family sharing a room.
The breakfast offering was pretty good and stocked well. They have Texas shaped waffles if that’s what your kids are looking for.
Service was INCREDIBLE I’d have been here a few times before just a different location. This one is just like the others, AMAZING!! It is great for long trips and anything. The rooms were amazing! And the breakfast was CHEFS KISS!!
Stayed for 15 days at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Plano/Frisco during my business trip to Dallas, TX in 2019. I had a truly enjoyable experience during my stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and efficient. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant.
The location is ideal, with a wide variety of food options just a short walk away. The pool was comfortably warm, and the overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxation.
One of the standout highlights was the breakfast—it was, without a doubt, the best I’ve had in years. Fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared.

This is a very nice hotel. Feels new and clean. Hotel and rooms are spacious. Very quiet day and night. Free Breakfast was quite good with eggs, bacon, oatmeal and various other options. Several restaurants within walking distance and many more a short drive away. We did not try the in-house bar restaurant. Every staff person I encountered was friendly and helpful. Price was also very reasonable compared to others in the area.
