Great stay at this brand new hotel in Plano/Frisco.

The staff is quite remarkable and not only exceeded my expectations but anticipated all my needs. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and the AC strong enough to overcome this Texas heat wave! Great internet, fitness room and a guest laundry that is clean and works really well. Great job with everything on this stay and I look forward to returning really soon! My work brings me to DFW often, and this will be new go to place for a clean, comfortable stay for however long I need to stay.

The hotel is new, the room has a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, TV. In the lobby there is a machine with minimal products. The hotel staff is very friendly and pleasant. The only downside is that if you check in together, you will only have Internet for two devices and I was unable to switch. I recommend the hotel.

Really nice rooms with even nicer staff. Very close to my son‘s soccer tournament fields for a quick stag. Close to other restaurants and shopping areas as well. Rooms are extremely clean and setup is ideal. If i needed to cook or stay longer i would definitely choose this place. So glad I took this leap of faith, dont normally choose 2-star hotels. Definitely worth the value!!

I recently had a fantastic stay at the New ECHO suites, and I can’t recommend it enough! This newly constructed hotel offers everything you could want for a comfortable and convenient From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern design and clean aesthetic. The lobby is inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze.One of the standout features of this hotel is the full kitchen in every room. Whether you’re planning a short trip or an extended stay, having the option to cook your own meals was invaluable. The kitchen came equipped with all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher, which made clean-up after meals so much easier!

The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout, such as ample storage space and a cozy dining

Overall, my experience at Echo Suites was nothing short of exceptional. If you’re looking for a hotel that feels like home, with the convenience of a full kitchen and modern amenities, this is the place to stay! I can’t wait to return!

I need a place to stay for the weekend manager that assisted me when I first came in Friday excellent, the young lady that assisted me when my TV was not working excellent, however the lady in the evening on Sunday let’s just say if you don’t have something nice to say about somebody don’t say nothing at all I’ll leave it at that.

So overall outside of me missing my football games on Sunday the rules were clean right off of 121 so location was excellent pretty much in walking distance no complaints plenty of parking and they have washing machines but you can wash your clothes list of course

Again my only beef was my television had not worked from the Friday I got in till Monday when I checked out which isn’t it happens

Back to the young lady Sunday night when I want to I went down Sunday I asked her is maintenance still around I said I guess maybe this is gone she said yes didn’t ask was anything wrong can I help you what do you need I’ll give her that yes she was kind of helping me look like someone else at the same time I’ve worked in customer service so it’s no it’s not difficult to excuse me sir is there anything that you need or we can assist you with my phone is Saturday afternoon about 3:00 she offered for me to change my room because she said that they may or may not be around or just what she said that you can see me Sunday at 10 a.m. sociology to change my room and I said no because if they’re going to just come Sunday I don’t know what’s available and I love the location I was in the room 103 so again other than the TV and the lack of what I felt good customer service Sunday night I would definitely recommend the plays based on location and the clean rooms

I will say bring your own paper plates because they do charge you for utensils and plates word of caution I guess caution is to work stronger word does it hurt to bring your own paper plates Sam’s club and Walmart are literally right around the corner walking distance.
