So so mediocre compared to ramen in the east coast; maybe it’s considered good food coz there aren’t too many optiobs in the area
It was alright. I expected better given the brand but, left disappointed. Ordered two different ramens and karaage. Again, it was just ok. The server messed up an item on our order, no big deal, but still contributes to the experience leading to this review. The vibes were cool inside, typical ramen spot but large and spacious. The ramen just didn’t hit for me, but the price sure did lol. There’s better spots around this area, price and flavor.
The staff was friendly and the environment was a mix of nice rustic vibes with high-class ramen
The vegetables were fresh and the plum-based dressing was pretty baller but a bit too vinegar-y for my tastes
My standards for ramen are high since I’m used to the incredible balance of ramen in Japan – though this place hits the spot when you wanted a well-rounded ramen that you can’t go wrong with. The ramen good balance of oils, fat, noodles, spice and fresh vegetable toppings felt like a cozy winter night while watching a spicy chick flick.
