Ramen Hakata in Frisco, Texas brings the rich tradition of authentic Japanese ramen to the local dining scene, specializing in classic Hakata-style Tonkotsu Ramen. Known for its creamy pork-bone broth, thin noodles, and deeply satisfying flavor, our ramen reflects the true essence of Japanese comfort food enjoyed for generations.

You can find us at 8300 Gaylord Pkwy #16, Frisco, TX 75034, United States, where we proudly serve genuine Japanese cuisine to ramen lovers across the area.

The story of Ramen Hakata began in Texas in July 2014, inspired by the famous ramen culture of the Hakata district in Fukuoka, Japan. Traditionally served at outdoor food stalls called Yatai, Tonkotsu Ramen is celebrated as one of Japan’s top three ramen styles. At Ramen Hakata, we are passionate about sharing this beloved dish with guests who crave authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and a true taste of Japan—right here in Frisco.

Still the best! Can’t go wrong.

This place is great and super clean.

Staff is very friendly and informative if you have questions regarding the menu items.

The food comes out hot and fast.

I recommend the N10. Miso ramen with pork. 👌👌👌 delish.

I eat here at least a couple times a week. Food is always excellent, and I’ve tried most of the dishes. Service is fast and friendly, and the place is spotless.

I have been to several ramen restaurants in Collin and Denton counties and this is by far the best. The shrimp tempura is amazing.

Tired first time Ramen, I’m extremely satisfied with the food here. I have tired couple of items here and every item is very good and excellent. Quality of the food is very good and tasteful. Mostly one entire will sufficient for one person. They have wide range of dishes with different meat options like Tofu, Chicken, Beef and Fish. I have tired Tofu Ramen and it is extremely delicious. Service time is less than 10 minutes. Got the table with no wait time and reservation is not recommended.

Went for a quick ramen solo date and ordered the Tonkotsu with extra chashu. Quality was great, not overwhelmingly salty, and seemed fresh. Portion was alright, but the main highlight was the overall flavor. Some ramen places feel soul-less, but you wont get that here.

Ambience was good and decor authentic. Almost felt sad stepping out realizing I was still in Frisco.

Only downside I noticed was the service or the excess of it. Servers were a little too attentive but its not really even a complaint.
