I had an extended stay for about a week at this hotel for graduation and family visits. When I say the people they have hired here are AMAZING. Each and every one of them were so helpful, smiley, and honest to god good vibes. The beds were comfy, the room super clean and my dog loved being there.

I will always stay at this hotel when I’m back in Katy. Everyone needs to stay here.

I highly recommend Best Western Premier Energy Corridor in Katy. My family and I were displaced due to a tornado. Our home was damaged and without electricity for multiple days. We found this Best Western, and William (FOM), Shay, and Taylor (GM) took care of us with such professionalism, patience, and kindness I haven’;t seen in a long time. Our rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the hot breakfast was delicious. Guest service was prompt too. Because of this experience, I decided to join the Best Western Rewards program and will be staying at a Best Western hotel during my next outing of town visits. Thank you so much! Looking forward to my next stay!

I cannot thank this hotel & the staff enough for being so helpful & accommodating to my fiance & our 1yr old baby & I during Hurricane Beryl. It was our first time having to take our baby anywhere overnight in the emergency situation & even though it took a while to get checked in (which was expected because it was their first or second day back open & they were overbooked), it was so nice & they were so nice & helpful. Thank you to the GM, Mr. Taylor, the Assistant Manager, William & the entire staff. We truly appreciate you & it was a lovely place. Also, the bartender legit made me one of the best beverages I had ever had.

Overall me and my family had a great stay here. Despite being short staffed, the service was constantly great and whole hotel stayed clean.

But the cherry on top was the bar, every time I passed the bar it always sounded and looked like a good time. Not your night out at the club good time, but come and relax and have a drink good time. I was here for a week before I finally went down by myself. Jahmel the bar manager, made the atmosphere very welcoming To where an Anti-social person like me was having a good time with everyone who was sitting at the bar. But I can not stress enough, let. Him. Create. Something. From that wonderful brain of his. The way he can put flavors together 🤌🏾. I will be coming back even though I’m not staying in the hotel.

Very nice hotel and staff is very friendly. I Booked a 2 queen bed room and it was about half the size bigger than your average hotel rooms. It was very clean and pool was very nice and clean as well. Breakfast was great, for those that always look into the breakfast, they had eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy, sausage patties, bagels, different breads, apples, bananas, cereal, yogurts, some sweets & waffle maker with some topping like walnuts, cranberries, coconut shreds. They had coffee, apple juice, orange juice, water. Overall was definitely happy with my stay. Just a heads up, if you stay on the 3rd floor, the elevator makes a very loud noise getting there, freaked everyone out we thought it was going to crash down but apparently it’s normal and nothing wrong with it.
