I looked online for someone to cater a small dinner party in my home. Chef Crusco Catering had great reviews so I called. From the moment I started talking with him, I knew he was my caterer. He was so easy to work with. I told him what I was wanting and he put together a terrific menu. Chef Derek came out with 2 sous chef/waiters/cleanup people and cooked and served the best meal I could ever have hoped for – it was delicious – from the passed appetizers to the dessert to the take home brownies. When the crew left, all my dishes, glassware and silverware had been washed and dried and my counters cleaned. They did an excellent job, everyone loved the food, I could sit and enjoy the party and Chef Carlos Crusco could not have been easier to work with. Best decision ever.

Chef Crusco delivered an incredible 7 course dinner for a special event for us. The communication and planning leading up to the event was easy and organized. He helped guide the menu to incorporate favorites with a amazing flair. We wanted a wine pairing and he helping arrange a sommelier. The dinner could not have been more perfect. The food was out of this world, with each course you think you have tasted your favorite, and every single bite did not disappoint. It was a dinner to remember.
