Catering for the past 2 decades. They can handle any type of event, from a backyard BBQ to a 6 course sit down meal. Their staff is always profession, well dressed, well mannered and such a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them for any type of event, there is no event that they can’t handle. One of the best things about G Texas are their in-house chefs, where other caterers will source their pastries,bread and desserts, G Texas makes everything from scratch. Truely a 5 star catering company.

Communication was top notch – always immediate, clear, and thorough responses to my millions of questions. The menu was entirely customizable to our every specific need, even in ways we didn’t know to ask for! The food was exactly as delicious and beautiful for our event as it was at our tasting. The serving staff were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and kind. They did EVERYTHING for us – even cleaned up the tables and chairs when we were done! We have had G Texas for 5 of our parties/events in the past year and they are fantastic. John Gilbert and his crew are top notch. The tastings are amazing when we get to decide which items to have at the parties and then from the moment the catering crew arrives til the time they leave, its ALL About Customer Service. We love having everything brought in and they clean and take it when the event is over. Lat year we had family in for Thanksgiving and did not have time to cook. They showed up and had everything decorated and the food/presentation was outstanding. Family and kids ( about 45 people) loved everything and we had leftovers for the weekend. Thanksgiving worked so well that we had them cater the Christmas party also.

  5. What is your minimum order requirement?

    Full-service catering typically requires a minimum of 30 guests or a $650 order.

    Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a full deposit refund.

  7. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. A 40% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the final balance due 7 days before your event.
