Thank you!!! I was lost and confused about what to do for my daughter’s graduation and going away. She’s very finicky and indecisive. She wanted a large party then she didn’t want a large party. She was all over the place! Jus’ Relax helped me with everything to please her. They provided the best dishes and assistance to assure she (and I) would be satisfied with whatever she finally decided to do. Everything turned out beautifully and they left no crumbs, literally!!

If you want a taste of real New Orleans cuisine Jus Relax Catering is the perfect company, but they don’t stop there. They have a variety of dishes and accommodate any size.

I was able to attend an event in Texas back in July. The decor of the room was emaculate, but you can’t taste the room, so there was the food, the cuisine. It was Fabulous. No over exaggeration, very tasty. If you like New Orleans (Nawlins) as they call it, this was the menu. But I must say, the Chef knew her Audience. She took under consideration that this was a Seniors Birthday Celebration.(2 people celebrating 93 years and one celebrating 89 years) So several items she toned down the spice and sodium intentionally, but without sacrificing flavor, yes, flavor was never loss, but she also made sure you had items that would make you recall your last visit to Bourbon Street and if you’ve never been, then you need to go! The Bread pudding for Desert, was the SHOW STOPPER! No holding back on the soaked raisins in whiskey. Seniors and All enjoyed this treat. That was the evening.

But the sides… the sides were everything.

The sweet potato casserole was rich and smooth, the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, the greens were seasoned just right, and the stuffing tasted like somebody’s grandmother made it from scratch. Every dish had that true homemade taste that makes the holiday feel special.
