Upon entering, our noses told us we were somewhere legit. This place is a brand new, family run little gem. The staff are so kind and helped me place our order and make all of the selections for toppings and sides. The food is made fresh while you wait and takes about 20 minutes. It was worth the wait. (They also have a website where you can order online if you want a to-go order and don’t have time to wait).

We got a chicken kebab plate with feta and white sauce with sides of hummus and chickpeas, and a beef/lamb gyro plate with tomatoes, feta, potatoes, white sauce, and more hummus and pita. The yellow rice was light and aromatic. The chicken kebab was fresh and nicely spiced, while the beef and lamb gyro was mild and flavorful. Everything was delicious. They offer several different sauces and I’d love to try them all. I’m eager to go back and try the Momo dumplings too. They look amazing. Anyone who enjoys a traditional gyro wrap can find one here, but do yourself and favor and try a kebab plate too. You won’t be sorry. I’m already dreaming about my next visit.

I ordered the combination plater with chicken kebab and beef Chapli. This is the kind of meat and rice dishes I have been looking for. Everything was delicious.

Ordered takeout Friday evening, and the food was amazing. I’m so glad this place opened here as I love Mediterranean food. Ordering over the phone was a bit hard as they have so many options and I had to decide the sauses and the sides for every dish, but I’ll get a menu next time I go so I know what to order. I love their eggplant side. It is amazing. I can eat that every day. Oh, I made two plates out of 1 take out box. This is well worth the price. Love it!

My wife and I recently visited Kebab & Momo in Frisco, and honestly, this place really surprised us in the best way. We decided to eat the Deluxe Platter while dining in, and also ordered a Family Platter to go so we could enjoy more of their food later at home. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

The Deluxe Platter was fantastic, plenty of food for two people to share. The kebabs were juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned, and the rice was light and flavorful. I loved how everything was balanced and not greasy, and the sauces and chutneys added just the right kick. Every bite felt fresh and well-prepared. My wife and I kept saying to each other how good it was while we were eating.

We picked up the Family Platter to go, and that turned out to be a really smart choice. The portions were very generous and everything was neatly packed, so it stayed fresh by the time we got home. It had a nice variety of kebabs, rice, sides, and of course their momos. The momos were definitely a highlight,they were soft, flavorful, and the dipping sauce made them so addictive. Our family dug right in and everyone was happy with how much food there was to share.

On top of the food being tasty, I really feel like this place gives you a lot of value for the money. Both platters were big, filling, and priced fairly considering the amount and quality of food you get. It’s not one of those places where you leave hungry,you definitely get your money’s worth here.

The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. They checked on us while we were dining in, and they packed our to-go order with care so nothing spilled or got messy. The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting feel, which makes it a nice spot for dining in, but it’s also great for takeout when you want to feed a group at home.

Overall, I’d say Kebab & Momo is a hidden gem in Frisco. The Deluxe Platter was perfect for a couple’s meal, and the Family Platter to go gave us plenty to share at home. Delicious food, generous portions, good prices, and warm service, it really checks all the boxes. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d recommend this spot to anyone looking for flavorful kebabs, momos, and great bang for the buck.

I did notice that a few people have left negative reviews about this place, but in my experience, I think some of that comes down to expectations or personal taste. The food here has bold flavors and generous portions, which might not be for everyone. Like many busy restaurants, wait times can get longer during peak hours, and sometimes people judge too quickly based on one visit. For us, the food was fresh, flavorful, and worth the price, and the service was genuinely kind. I feel like this spot deserves more credit than the few bad reviews suggest.

Avi was very helpful explaining the menu and super accommodating. Also I’m normally not a sauce person but after trying the mom sauce, I went back and asked avi for more.

I am going to tell EVERYONE about this place. Lines should be out the door because it’s delicious AND affordable!
