We’ve used Lanier Catering for a few events now. Today’s meal was Dry Rub Chicken and it was amazing. Our technicians loved it and spoke highly. We have them scheduled for our week long class next week and can’t wait to have them serve us something different every day. They’ve been extremely easy to work with and the pricing is amazing for the quality and the amount of food you get!
Joy is extremely professional. I hired her services for my daughter’s birthday. The food was delicious, everybody had compliments, on time, and Joy gave me tips/advice that helped my event be successful in serving the food. Highly recommend their services. This was the best experience . With just a week’s notice Joy catered a fajita dinner for 30 people. She did not disappoint. The food was absolutely fantastic…people were going back for seconds and thirds….far better then El tiempo or papasitos fajitas. I could not believe the quality for the price. There was a ton of food, the people delivered it right on time and it was hot and fresh. I will definitely be using her again. One of the guests owns a well known high end restaurant in houston and he even commented how delicious the food was. Do not hesitate using laniers….you can tell how much pride her and her chef’s take in the food they put out…really was a first class experience. She even called personally to say the food was on the way and called again to confirm that it arrived and everything was satisfactory. If I could give them a 100 star review I would.
