Paella Grill Catering did a wonderful job on our 40th anniversary party for 35 guests. We had the blond sangria with a variety of fruit, appetizers (Torta Espanola and Tequenos), Paella Valenciana and tiramisu. Our guests loved everything. They all wanted to know what the special cheese was in the Tequenos, which were gobbled up. Silvia and Freddie were delightful and so very helpful. They were here early to set up and had everything ready as scheduled and served efficiently and pleasantly. Afterwards, they carefully stored the few leftovers.
This was a fabulous dinner and experience for my family! Freddy and Jose made the excellent paellas on our patio, served us up and cleaned up while we ate. They told us stories about the dishes and explained the history behind the food. It was really ‘dinner and a show!’ The cost was fair and the quality was outstanding. Can’t wait to hire them again for another party!

We started with some delicious appetizers, which included a charcuterie board and shrimp cooked to perfection. 👌
Then we had their Paella Valenciana, which was simply delicious. The seafood, chicken, and veggies were super fresh, tasty, and abundant. Also, the chef and his assistants are super nice.
This was a great experience, and we look forward to trying their food again.
