Pappas catering for our wedding was perfect! I can’t tell you how many compliments we got on the appetizers and fajitas from both out of state guests and Texans alike 😊 They were easy to work with ahead of time and we could (and did) make updates up to the week before, which was super helpful when the guest list changed. The buffet was a perfect amount of food, and since they were grilling on site everything was hot. The vegetarian meal was also really good – and Juliet helped us to figure out how to best accommodate any other dietary restrictions.
