Brianna, a Texas native with roots in Plano and Houston, grew up with a deep love for cooking. While she pursued a business degree at Purdue University, the dream of owning a restaurant never faded. After graduation, she launched a successful marketing career at Shell Oil Company, but her true calling was always in the kitchen, where she cooked nightly for friends and family.
An avid traveler who has explored over 25 countries, Brianna is a dedicated student of global cuisine. She skillfully weaves international seasonings and techniques into her dishes. In May 2019, she took a courageous leap, leaving corporate life to found Pepper & Mint.
Today, that fusion of sharp business acumen and self-taught culinary artistry defines Pepper & Mint. We create inspired, globally-infused menus for Dallas events, driven by a commitment to flavor, professionalism, and creating unforgettable experiences.

We serve the Greater Houston area. Events located beyond a 25-mile radius from downtown may incur a reasonable travel fee, which will be transparently outlined in your proposal.
Yes. Professional servers, bartenders, and rental items like chafing dishes, linens, and glassware are available.
For full-service events, we typically require a minimum of 40 guests or a $750 order.
Cancellations 60+ days prior to the event receive a full deposit refund. Within 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. A 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the final balance due 10 days before the event.
