Great concept! You can either create your own salad, or choose from their menu of designed salads.
I chose to create my own salad. I choose both romaine and mixed greens lettuce, and then I was able to choose 6 items from the ice. After choosing my ingredients, I was able to choose the dressing to have my salad mixed in. I also added a fresh avocado for an additional $2.65.

The staff are friendly and professional, the food is delicious, and it’s my favorite place to get a salad in the whole dfw area! Only small thing is the lights above the main seating areas are a little too bright.
