I recently visited this restaurant in Dallas, traveling all the way from Kansas, and it was absolutely worth the trip! The thali was simply amazing – fresh, flavorful, and served with so much variety that every bite felt special. The ambience was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to enjoy authentic food with friends and family.
A special mention to their customer service – the staff was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. Honestly, “abba superr jumper me bumper” – that’s how good the whole experience felt!
If you’re in Dallas, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Krishna Vilas offers a visually appealing dining experience with its elegant décor, colorful wall art of Krishna, and a lively atmosphere. However, the biggest drawback is the waiting time.I had to wait nearly an hour just to get a table, which felt excessive. Once seated, the service was smooth and attentive, with staff ensuring the food was brought out in a timely manner. The curries, naan, and rice were decent in taste, with the butter paneer curry standing out for its creamy consistency, while the spinach-based curry was flavorful but not exceptional. The naan and rotis were fresh, though not particularly unique compared to other Indian restaurants. While the food quality is satisfactory and the ambiance is inviting, the overall dining experience doesn’t justify the long wait. For someone with limited time, this may not be the best choice, but if you enjoy vibrant interiors and don’t mind the delay, it’s worth a visit.😌
Good dine in experience. We ordered corn soup, gobi pepper fry, Madurai dosa and Kottu parrota .
All tasted good except the kottuparotta.
Best one is the Appetizer- not greasy and no heavy flour coating.
Service was good, liked the decor and ambience. The lady who served us checked multiple times if we needed anything, asked for feedback on taste. Would love to visit again.
We tried this restaurant last week for a birthday celebration and we absolutely loved it. The server was so friendly and warm, giving his suggestions on what we should try out in their appetizers and main course. The food was in great quantity and taste. We loved all items we ordered.
