Miguel and team in services / catering did a great job working with us during a 3-day workshop. Miguel went out of his way to personally check in that we had everything we needed and also made several out of the ordinary accommodations.

Also, Omar and the bartenders were incredibly helpful and friendly… genuinely great customer service.

I had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. Thanks to my status, I was granted a late check-out, and the staff was extremely kind and understanding of my situation.

Hotel staff was soo kind and very helpful, we had a load of kids and it was more of a business select vibe Hotel. But boy did they still accommodate us. From the front desk to valet to the people that did our cleaning and brought us towels, soap for bottles, and crib. They were soo helpful! The valet was very kind and courteous in helping every time.

The AC Hotel Frisco is an excellent choice. The environment is modern, clean, and staffed by people who truly care. I’ve stayed twice, and both times the service exceeded expectations.

We stayed at the AC in July, and while it was not busy at all, the service was friendly and professional, and the hotel and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Parking self /vs. vallet was a little confusing, but we were able to swipe into the nearby garage with our keys once checking in with the front desk. I would call the area walkable and you can get to the Star and restaurants etc. on foot if you had to (we’re from nyc to this was no problem) but it would also be a 2-3 minute drive. Was very easy to get on and off the highway and travel to our events. We didn’t get to have any drinks at the bar, but it looked nice. The price we paid at the time was very reasonable and I would stay there again.
