After seeing Dallas Cowboys Xmas show I went and wound down here. Quit Friendly staff and easy to get too. The bar was an excellent addition.
Honestly whoever worked the night shift on December 17/18 couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I was having a tough day and she went well out of her way to help me feel at home. Need more of this. TY stranger!!
I would give the rating a 3 star due to the fact someone else’s hair was on my bathroom floor and shower wall when we checked in but I’m giving it a 5 star because Mia in the bar was the best, most hospitable bar tender ever. She is really great and we loved her.
Location is convenient to Comerica Center and shopping center. All within walking distance. Shops are directly behind the hotel and Comerica is less than .50 miles away. Clean and vibrant hotel. Room appears new. Free parking. Good staff.
The staff were amazing during my stay. The room was exactly what I needed for a short stay. No hotel is perfect but I really have one complaint. My room was on the back side of the elevator shaft, which I do not have an issue with as far as noise. The HVAC System was louder than the elevator. I understand some properties are purchased as is some times, but the big clunky wall AC needs updating.
