Our visit exceeded our expectations in that the hotel itself is very clean, open, bright, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional. Our bed was comfortable, and the hot tubs are well-maintained. We used the on-site gym…nice amenity…With slopes just steps away, it’s a no-brainer!
The front desk was very helpful checking me in. Even though I was early she had a room for me. She was also helpful in finding a solution to my parking situation as I was appalled at the $50 fee I was going to be charged to park.
Room was good, and staff were nice. Trip was smooth. But complimentary coffee station was gone, and the check in staff told me that they would be charging for hotel parking in the future.
