From my arrival to my departure the staff were nice and very helpful. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. It was an overall great experience. Entire property was well maintained and spotless.

My family really enjoyed the peace and quiet at Candlewood in Texas City. We were greeted by a very kind Denny and her partner whose name I forgot. He was so kind and friendly. Denny shared a joke when we first came and apologized for no pool or breakfast. We did not mind at all. The hotel was so so clean and tje coffee was always available and found fresh. I am definitely returning and recommending it to everyone who will listen to me. I love you Candlewood! God bless all of you!

I had had some issues with another hotel and Candlewood Suites was amazing. They had an available room and were able to accommodate me quickly. The staff was fantastic and very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Had an incident with our Air B&B late at night leaving us without electricity. Candlewood took care of us immediately. A quick call and ten minutes later we had a clean and air conditioned room. Could not be more appreciative of the service and rooms here.

Hotel appearance nice and clean. The staff was so polite and helpful. Our room was very pleasant and smelled good. The bed and pillows super comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Loved the complimentary coffee machine, every cup made fresh. Location was good close to H‑E‑B and several close by options to eat out. We will definitely stay here again.
