This hotel and staff are a great experience.
We stayed from a Thursday through Sunday evening in a 1 King room on the 5th floor.
The hotel staff was super nice, and pleasant. The hotel itself was very clean, and felt very new and modern. Our room was very spacious and comfortable! Its placed about 6 minutes from Ikea if you drive, or 40 minute walk. Lots of great things to do near the hotel. Definitely recommending to friends and family.
Stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and had ample space. Location is within walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. Restaurant and bar on site was good. Omar at the front desk was super friendly and really attentive, top notch service! Will definitely stay again when in the area.
The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and cozy. But the most fun is at the bar of course. The bartender Brian is super kind, attentive, and knows his drinks. We came in as a big group for our work trip, and not a single person was overlooked or kept waiting long. Drinks made to perfection. Thank you Brian for making our stay welcoming and fun!
I don’t have enough words to praise this property and more importantly the staff here. From my first interaction with them over the phone to when we got here – the staff has been extremely helpful. I have to give a shout out to Roy at the front desk who went really above and beyond to accommodate a particularly difficult situation – he worked very hard with his manager Omar to make it happen and helped us stay comfortable and make this an exceptional stay.
The rooms are very clean as is the property. It’s in a really nice new area. It’s close to everything and a short drive to a ton of options to eat and have fun at. It’s also just a short drive to the airport. The rooms are big and they’ve maintained it very well. We look forward to staying here again the next time and I highly recommend staying at the Canopy at Frisco.
