The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff is outstanding. Theresa took care of us quickly and efficiently when we checked in. Eric (maybe Erik) was on hand to offer assistance more than once, and each time it was appreciated.

Everyone who helped us was wonderful, the rooms were clean and comfy and the location is so easy to get to! The sweet woman who checked us in, was also the one who had helped me change our reservation the day before due to travel delays

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. James at the desk helped me fix a mess with the reservations like a true professional. I like everything about this place it’s a very welcoming atmosphere.

It was nice to have a friendly professional waiting to check me in right when I got there yes I’m talking about James, Wow talk about consistency with his courteous demeanor even under tremendous pressure. It’s nice to have a true professional staff member that never wavers with his professional attitude. If your like me you know how rare that is in the service industry. Thank you JAMES. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-organized, the staff were friendly and kind, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I especially loved the jacuzzi. I felt calm and relaxed during my stay
