I flew to Houston from Colorado to attend the broncos vs Texans game & was so grateful to have stayed here ! Courtney went above and beyond with getting me settled in & I was thrilled to receive a warm walnut cookie at check in! The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Another gentleman whose name I did not catch, with curly hair and glasses was very helpful when I forgot to use my parking voucher & subsequently forgot my room key upstairs right after that & did not make me feel like I was being difficult. I definitely plan on staying here again if I come back to Houston! However, the room did not get five stars because the ceiling was fairly thin and I do believe I could hear somebody on Speakerphone talking through the vent Upstairs, but other than that, everything was wonderful, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty!

Amazing experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton!

My stay was excellent from beginning to end. I want to give special recognition to Chris Lopez, who provided outstanding service the entire time. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel was clean, well-organized, and relaxing — and Chris’s top-level service made everything even better. I really appreciated his help and the way he treated guests with genuine care.

Highly recommend staying here, and a big thank you to Chris Lopez for making the experience memorable!

Disclaimer; I am a Lifetime Diamond with Hilton. My three go to’s are Doubletree (most preferred), Embassy Suites, and Hilton.

Downsides. One ice machine and it’s on the second floor. Crappy pillows but it seems like they all use the big ones that mash down. That’s about it so pretty good for a hotel.

Upsides. The tv has a channel guide that works 😊 Good selection of channels to choose from. Breakfast buffet is one of the top three Doubletree’s I’ve stayed at. Variety and quality of the food is excellent. Fitness center is one of the best Doubletree’s I’ve stayed at. Peace & Quiet!!! There is zero noise coming from cars, or anything else in the hotel rooms. So nothing to wake you up. Service. Everyone is very pleasant. I noticed something broken on the weight tower in the gym. I told them about it in one of the text messages they sent to see how my day was going. And they got maintenance on it right away. I asked for additional towels and there 10 of different sizes at my door.

I gave it 5 stars because it’s closer to be 5 than 4 but you can’t leave a 4.5 which is my true rating. I have added pictures.
