Stayed down while looking at a few cars in the area to bring back North. Was a great stay! Nothing caught us off guard when we checked in and was an easy process overall. Would easily stay again if needed to travel down south.

Our room (3 adults a 1 small dog) is surprisingly spacious. The staff is friendly. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Amazing staff, especially Craig Rivet who I have seen treat every guest like they are a VIP. Clean and well-maintained rooms. A true home away from home! Treated my family like we were the only guests in the place- and they were well booked!

Why did I even book this stay.!!!

Reached there with an infant and toddler for a night stay.First disappointing thing is no bellman cart, the lady at the front desk said customer take and leave it in any floor, sorry we don’t know where it is 🤷Pretty much a rainy night and suddenly the roof Started dripping right next to the bed at 11.30pm.

When we spoke to the front desk they said they can offer another room, sorry I was with a 5 month old and definitely no, I cannot change rooms at 11.30 pm when the children are asleep after a 6hr long journey.

Attached are the pics of dirty fridge, hob, kitchen shelves, mold in the bathroom door right where you hang your clothes, and a dirty dirty pool.

Nothing about this place is worth even giving 1 star. If you are out in any city pls don’t prefer Extended stay America, especially if you are with kids / family.

The grab & go breakfast buffet was gone in a jiffy.

This place is not even suitable for 1 night stay, wonder who extends their stay here 😳

After informing all of this, showing pics the assistant manager (Craig probably) says he can do nothing about it other than giving a 25% cash back when asked for a complete refund and gave us a 28$ refund????

Also offered for a 1 night coupon.. Where in I would have never even consider this place again 🙏

The first stay, turned out to be a nightmare 🤨

One of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. I travel all the time and everytime I go out of town I feel so lost, but thanks to the wonderful staff and the incredible accommodations I was able to fit right into my stay. The rooms were perfect and clean, the service was astounding, all around a 10/10 experience.

I was able to get in on a Monday and stayed til Thursday and I will definitely be coming back. Rooms clean, no roaches, staff is great, and it doesn’t smell like B hole. 5 stars!
