Nathan, checked us in and was beyond kind, professional and displayed exceptional service! He granted a room upgrade and let me know the hotel was renovated! The room was HUGE and you cant beat the location. His service was nothing short of memorable:)

We checked-in and was immediately greeted by Nate. He is very personable, helpful and the perfect personality for a guest to encounter as they walk into the hotel. We received service with a smile and a wonderful personality.

The next day, I returned to the front desk to purchase snacks from the store, and while waiting my turn, I saw him interact with another guest. I must say, he also treated her with kindness and professionalism. He is a great asset to you establishment, and should be told how much his interaction enhanced our stay.

This hotel was great! We booked several rooms for employees and hosted a training session there today. The staff was wonderful to work with and the set up was great.

I must call out Ricardo, as he greeted me right when I arrived and was such a pleasure to speak with. He was genuinely kind and welcoming, something you don’t see anymore. He’s a keeper unless we try and recruit him. Please know he represents the Hilton brand very well!

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, including many in the DFW area, and Hilton Granite Park is by far the one I return to the most. I’ve stayed here more than any other hotel, and in certain situations I’ll even drive a little farther just to stay here because it’s always an exceptional experience.

The location is perfect, the rooms are consistently high-quality and feel truly 5-star, but what really sets this place apart is the service. The staff goes above and beyond every single time—friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making your stay easy and enjoyable. Whether it’s the front desk, housekeeping, or the team around the property, the level of professionalism and hospitality is unmatched.

This hotel is reliable, comfortable, and consistently outstanding. I always recommend Hilton Granite Park to anyone coming to the area.

Incredible hotel! Super clean, nice, and comfortable rooms. Common areas are equally clean. Staff is very welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. Nathan is great and checked us in and accommodated us with all our requests. He even upgraded our room for an even better stay. Will definitely be staying here in the future.
