Julia was hands down the most amazing part of our stay. She was super energetic, witty, kind, warm and most definitely helpful!! Especially as a full time double major at UNT, her customer service is impeccable 🙂

My family booked the two beds + sofa option and the rooms are large, clean, and have amazing lighting. The beds are very plush and the desk is spacious. Definitely a home away from home.

We stayed here for an event that was nearby, and really appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness of the breakfast buffet. The gentleman Michael that oversaw the buffet is a real gem! We will stay here again if ever in these neck of the woods. Thank you for taking great care of us.

Do, I never really trusted the Holiday Inn Express and maybe it’s a marketing thing or maybe it’s my generation. These days I actually seek out they’re locations when traveling by car. The sites are always clean, well lit, friendly, and reasonably priced. Maybe I could help with some of their marketing. The Denton Texas location on south 35E, was equally good. The front desk was not as friendly as some but not rude at all. The breakfast guy was a highlight for our trip so far. I missed his name but what a friendly sort. Good was very buffett typical but their coffee is better than most…I think they’re serving lavazza supreme, which I started drinking in Italy and haven’t stopped. Thank y’all for kicking our day two of travel off with a bang. We’ll be back for sure.

My mom and I stayed here 2 weekends ago. A Friday/Saturday stay as we were in town for the Navy vs UNT football game. The check in staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The night check in agent verified that we had a shower bench for my mom to use and also helped us with deciding on a place to eat dinner. The breakfast was great and very good selection of options to eat. I’d like to say a special thank you to Mike who helped me carry breakfast for mom I up to my room Saturday morning. He was extremely helpful and kept me from needing to make multiple trips. He was very friendly and I very much appreciated him as did my mom. Will definitely stay here again.

very welcoming staff! my room had a problem with the heater but they right away the next day upgraded me to a different room and the manager gifted me some extra IHG points.

good location for me near the Honda Denton because I needed to help my daughter get her car worked on. I would stay here again. the breakfast is great.
