Pictures of reviews are always skeptical to me, but this hotel lives up to the reviews. I specifically was looking for laundry and pool for me and my young daughter. This hotel checked all boxes.

We rented two rooms with King sized beds. We slept very well. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly. Check-in and check out was pretty seamless. Breakfast choices could be adjusted.

This Holiday Inn and Suite has great customer service. You are greeted upon entering and exiting the hotel. The friendly staff showed cared and concern and made you feel like you were seen and respected.

I had an enjoyable 2 night stay. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you to Omir for going above and beyond to assist me with a health issue in the middle of the night.

I didn’t actually stay here, but my brother and his family used two rooms here for two nights because we were burying my dad next to my mom in McKinney. Neither of us had any contacts, people, or reasons to be in McKinney other than this 1 hour event. He drove from Kansas so a McKinney hotel was the most logical for him. I flew from Vermont and my flight schedule and rental car made it easier for me to stay in Dallas.

I share this story because I had remote work I needed to do and could stay at the airport before I went to McKinney and I asked my brother if there was a place in McKinney I could use and he suggested the lobby of this hotel.

It was great. There was good internet connectivity and a nice place to visit with my brother and his family rather than his room. In the afternoon, while we were visiting, the manager came over and checked in on us. When I told him why we were hanging out in the lobby he was super welcoming and said he wished more people did what we were doing. I felt very good about this experience which is why I wrote this review even though I was not the direct customer. My brother also appreciated him checking in and welcoming us.
