From the moment I walked in, Katie greeted me with such a genuine smile that it instantly set the tone for the rest of my visit. You could tell she wasn’t just doing her job — she truly cared about making people feel welcome.
There was a small mix-up with my appointment time, and honestly, I was ready to be frustrated. But Katie handled it like a total pro. She listened carefully, reassured me, and within minutes had everything sorted out — all while keeping that calm, friendly energy that made it impossible not to smile back.
Throughout my time there, I noticed how Katie interacted with everyone — greeting regulars by name, helping new visitors find their way, juggling phone calls, and still finding time to check in to make sure everyone was comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who can balance professionalism with such kindness and authenticity.
By the time I left, I remember thinking, “If every place had a Kate at the front desk, the world would run a lot smoother.” She’s truly the heartbeat of that office — efficient, warm, and a reminder that great customer service still exists.
Clean and quiet room. Front desk was nice and friendly. Breakfast staff is super friendly. She recognized my birthday shirt and told me Happy Birthday which meant alot for me because nobody else noticed that I had on my birthday shirt. Food was lovely. I enjoyed the cheese omelet with sausage and the oatmeal. My family enjoyed the waffles and fruits.
