We had a very positive experience when we stayed here in early October. Top notch staff and the restaurant inside the hotel was excellent, as well as not overpriced.
To say this was a 5 star experience is an understatement. I am a diamond elite with another hotel chain and the service here is at a different level.
When we arrived, and every time after, when walking through the front door they stand to greet and welcome you.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms clean and spacious. The gym had everything I needed for a full workout, an indoor pool and a delicious spread for breakfast.
It is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. There’s a nice 7 Eleven on the corner and lots of sidewalks to get an outdoor workout in.
This was such an amazing experience I will be switching hotel brands. Thank you for your hospitality.
Delicious breakfast that tasted like homemade! Kudos to the breakfast crew (esp. the omelet chef)! Everyone was professional and helpful at the front desk. Will stay here again when in town! The neighborhood is safe. The park nearby has a walking path that I enjoyed.
I travel to Frisco often, and this is my second stay at Hyatt House. The experience has been consistently excellent. The property is clean, the staff are professional and genuinely friendly, and check-in was quick and seamless. David was so friendly. I even had no issues with my early check-in request, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great place to stay—reliable, comfortable, and well-managed.
