We hosted our annual team meeting at Hyatt Regency Frisco, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made arrivals stress-free for our entire team. The staff was consistently attentive and professional, and the hotel did an outstanding job maintaining clean, well-organized spaces throughout our stay. Everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to focus fully on our meetings and team time. We truly appreciate the level of care and hospitality and would absolutely recommend this location for corporate events and team gatherings.
I stayed for 5 nights for a conference/program. The property is beautiful and the location next to Stonebriar Mall is unbeatable. The rooms are modern and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, bathroom supplied with shampoo/duschgel and soap.
The conference facilities were great and it has 1 big conference room that could easily hold up more than 500 close to 600~ person. There is also 2 relatively small ones which can be used as dining/ballroom.
There are 3 elevators which run really fast which you don’t have to wait a lot. Staff is very friendly and you are greeted with a big smile at the reception/lobby.
Overall I had great experience and would recommend everyone without any hesitation. Only room for improvement would be adjusting the grind size (make it more coarser) of the coffee at the cafe for the perfect espresso. Ideally it should take between 25-35 seconds.
If you are looking for a place to hold a meeting, conference, or just “decompress”, this is your spot. I was there for a meeting and it was, by far, the best venue I have stayed in for a long time.
We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Frisco. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.
The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which truly enhanced our experience. The amenities were excellent, and the location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions in the area.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a comfortable, high-quality stay. We would definitely choose Hyatt Regency Frisco again and highly recommend it to others.
