5 Star Treatment! We came for a one night babymoon and they went above and beyond to make our time special and stress free. The views of the golf greens are spectacular, the area is quiet, and every staff member from entry to exit were astonishingly hospitable. Every restaurant gave large portions!! Reasonable rates for the portions! The okra & turkey BLT at the Ice House was a definite win, with the jalapeño jelly. Which tasted like sweet relish to me but the perfect addition to my sandwich. I was here for a dental conference and I was not disappointed. 3 pools 1 was adult only and to an empty nester “ADULT ONLY” is the nicest thing anyone could ever say to you!!
We had an amazing weekend at Omni PGA Resort for a company/family trip. The property is beautiful, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and everything was set up perfectly for both work and downtime with family. Great food, great amenities, and an overall first-class experience. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back.
The caffe has the best employees, and they are youngsters. I interacted with four of them. They are vibrant and happy to be there. For the six days I spent at the hotel, they made me feel like I came home to see my younger siblings. Amazing feeling! I love those guys!
I would leave more than 5 stars if I could! I’ve stayed in many hotels all over the world and this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a surprise birthday weekend for my partner and worked closely with Madison from Guest Experience to plan the entire stay. She was absolutely incredible! So responsive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. She made sure the room was set up beautifully and went above and beyond to make the weekend feel special.
The service throughout the entire property was a 10/10. Jason at the front desk was warm and helpful from the moment we arrived. Carla at Prairie was so nice and helpful, and dinner at Trick Rider was fabulous. Henry at Apron was so kind and even surprised my partner with Diet Cokes for his birthday (his favorite), which was such a thoughtful touch.
From the spa to the grounds to every single staff member we interacted with, everything was seamless and exceptional. This was hands down one of the most enjoyable vacations we’ve had, and we can’t wait to come back!
