There is a reason my wife and I stay here around the holidays every year. The location, room, bar, pool, and the staff are all amazing! It’s our favorite hotel to visit in the Dallas area. We are visiting again this Christmas. Can’t wait!
From check-in to the attention to detail in service, this hotel truly checks all the boxes. It outshines even some 5-star properties I’ve stayed at. A special shout-out to Maddie at check in for going above and beyond! If you hold Marriott status, this is one of the few hotels that makes you feel truly valued and keeps you loyal to the brand
My new favorite Dallas (ok, Plano) hotel.
I’m in and out town quite a bit these days: to see my mom in memory care and for biz trips thru DFW. This hotel is my go-to. There are a few reasons:
— great rooms
— good price
— great location–near the tollway to the airport and plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance.
But…the #1 reason? The staff. I’ll have to go through some old emails to find other names, but today I was helped by Matsun. Just an all-around 5-star customer experience (& the poor front desk team were freezing because every time the big doors the Arctic tundra blasted in!).
This is a beautiful hotel that is impeccably clean and has a beautiful ambiance. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. But more than anything, you cannot beat this location. There are so many great restaurants and stores in walking distance. I look forward to staying here again and would recommend to anyone in the DFW area.
Awesome experience! MJ, who checked me in, was very pleasant and provided lots of helpful information about the area. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. My room was ready when I arrived, and it was clean and comfortable. The linens were soft, and overall I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.
