Stayed here for a conference. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, well decorated, and the food was amazing. I’ve never had conference food at a buffet style that was as good as a top restaurant. Bao buns in a buffet line?! Yes please!
Love the property! AC works. Bed is super comfortable with great pillows. Robes are plush. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Fitness center is also great. ||When I’m in the area, it’s a no brainer to stay here. I’d even drive 40 minutes out of the way to stay here over other properties.
From check-in to the attention to detail in service, this hotel truly checks all the boxes. It outshines even some 5-star properties I’ve stayed at. A special shout-out to Maddie at check in for going above and beyond! If you hold Marriott status, this is one of the few hotels that makes you feel truly valued and keeps you loyal to the brand.
This is a beautiful hotel that is impeccably clean and has a beautiful ambiance. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. But more than anything, you cannot beat this location. There are so many great restaurants and stores in walking distance. I look forward to staying here again and would recommend to anyone in the DFW area.
This is one of my favorite hotels, if not the best, to stay at when visiting the DFW area. The staff is amazing… from the time you check in to the time you leave you get exceptional customer service. The hotel is very clean and has a good ambiance, including the bar and restaurant areas. The location is also amazing! It’s on a shopping strip with many retail and restaurant options. They also offer shuttle service within a radius, this I have not needed to use but thought it was nice. The only reason I am giving them a4/5 in rooms is because parking is not included in the price, the hot water is not very hot and the price is high per night. With all this said, it is still my favorite place to stay at and I will continue to return.
