We had such a wonderful stay! Robert was incredibly attentive and truly made our anniversary feel special. He upgraded our room and gave us a credit for the bar—those little touches really made a difference! I highly recommend staying here!
Rob at the front desk was incredibly helpful. After a misunderstanding about the room type we had booked, he quickly found a solution and moved us into a room that was perfect for my family. This was one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in—quiet, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean.
The property is modern, well-located near The Star, and physically connected to the AC Hotel, which is a great concept. Starbucks hours were especially convenient, and the pool was a highlight for our kids.
Where the experience fell short was consistency. Front desk service lacked warmth and proactive loyalty recognition, and food & beverage availability at the connected AC Hotel was unpredictable, even over New Year’s Eve. (No food service at all during my 3-day/2-night stay) There were also a few operational misses around housekeeping and clarity on amenities.
This hotel has strong potential, but the experience didn’t create a compelling reason to return once points are no longer part of the equation. With more consistent execution, it could easily stand out in this area.
I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member and am formally requesting corporate review and escalation of this experience.
I booked a 12-night stay at this property, traveling with my family. Prior to arrival, I called the hotel directly and requested a two-bedroom suite. I was clearly informed that this could be accommodated for an additional $18 per night, which I explicitly agreed to based on that confirmation.
Upon arrival, I was informed that I had been assigned a one-bedroom suite instead. When I referenced the prior agreement, I was told that a two-bedroom suite would now require an additional $100 per night—a completely different rate than what was confirmed over the phone.
I attempted to resolve this reasonably by requesting the two-bedroom suite only for the first week while my family was in town, and then moving to any room category afterward. This request was denied, with the explanation that because my stay was long-term, no flexibility would be provided.
This is not simply a room issue—it is a failure to honor a confirmed agreement and a breakdown in elite recognition. As a Titanium Elite member who stayed 126 nights with Marriott in 2025 alone, this experience raises serious concerns about the reliability of elite benefits, pre-arrival confirmations, and guest trust.
Changing terms at check-in and refusing reasonable resolution options is unacceptable, particularly for a long-term, high-loyalty guest.
I will not return to this property, and I am requesting Marriott Corporate review of this matter, including how elite confirmations are handled and why commitments made directly by the hotel were not honored.
This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in continuing my loyalty with Marriott.
