This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the personal information that NPC, and hotels and resorts managed, franchised or operated by NPC and/or its affiliated companies (“NPC”, “we” or “us”) collects from or about you when you use websites that are owned or controlled by us (the “Sites”) or applications made available by us by third parties, communicate with us, make bookings, participate in our rewards program or inquire about or purchase services from us, how we use that information, and to whom we disclose it.

In this Policy, we have attempted to provide you with manageable, comprehensive and easily understandable information regarding the policies and procedures that we use to manage your personal information.
