We really enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and a perfect location for getting around downtown. The staff that we interacted with were incredibly helpful and courteous. Berta was very attentive and made sure we had ever we needed to enjoy our stay here. The bar downstairs had delicious drinks and breakfast was delicious.

Our entire family w/ 7 children came to stay last Thanksgiving 2024 and we loved it here so much! The cozy lobby and the snacks and the location were perfect for our trip. What really made it special for us was the breakfast the last morning we had when we met Mr. Shim, he took such great care of our family! We hope to return to Houston someday and if so, will be staying here again.

This hotel is gorgeous. The location is magical. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are incredibly nice, spacious and comfortable. The best part? Every single member of the hotel staff acted like they absolutely loved working there and were so happy to have you stay there. We were waited on hand and foot by a truly joyful staff. I have never experienced anything like it before in my life. We will never stay anywhere else again when we travel to Houston.

We came to Houston and Lancaster Hotel for the first time to see Christmas performance by a favored group of ours Voctave. We have really enjoyed the hotel. Bartender David knows his stuff. Restaurant was great. Breakfast was of great quality and the new gal on staff from Rhode Island made us feel welcome. As did Gary and Kevin at the front desk. Very helpful. Housekeeping and guys at the front door was prompt and friendly. Finally the manager, I didn’t catch his name either. He never stopped working! Always on the move. Setting a great example for staff. Thank you for great service and making us feel welcome.
