It is rare that I give a five-star rating, but Dana truly earned it with her exceptional service.
The resort itself is first class all the way, with very nice rooms, top-tier amenities, and competitive business travel pricing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained. I would definitely like to return. Thank you!!!
Let me first say that from the check-in you could definitely tell that this would be a great experience. 😊 Marcus was amazing, friendly, smiling, and had so much enthusiasm. He made our experience fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure that we all were well taken care of. The rooms were clean and smelled great. The breakfast the next morning was also great at Herd -n- Hearth. You’ll enjoy the experience 😀
I absolutely love the Westin. I’ve been coming for years with my husband for his golf tournaments and I just wanted to mention two people who made my experience top tier. Cobee and Andrea. We had a great stay! When the lock on our original room malfunctioned, the staff immediately upgraded us to a larger suite—super accommodating and friendly. We like this hotel because they have valet AND self parking close by.
This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing during my visit. I only stayed for one night, but my experience was exceptional. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I felt welcomed and at home. The bed was cozy, and the linens were soft. The location is also close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended!
