We stayed at TownePlace this last weekend and it was very nice. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities. We also liked the small kitchenette as it had all the necessary utensils. Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thanks
I try to stay here as often as I can when I’m in town. The front desk is super nice and amazing. I think they take care of customers better than most high-end hotels. Mani and Juliee are my two favorite front desk employees. You walk in, they remember you and then BAM, your room is ready.
The hotel was nice and clean. The ac could have been a little better. What I loved most was the lady taking care of us this morning Theresa. She went out of her way to help me out while I was having breakfast with my four kiddos. She made our experience over the top by caring and making us feel very cared for, thank you!
Stayed here a few days and had a great experience! The general manager and staff were so friendly and accommodating. Quiet location with a nice continental breakfast and nearby amenities. Plus a charming courtyard/outdoor area.
