I had a billing issue at this property, and the General Manager personally took the time to resolve it for me, which I greatly appreciate. The hotel was spotless when I arrived, and the breakfast buffet looked excellent. The level of service and cleanliness really stood out, and the next time I’m in Frisco, this will be my hotel of choice.

Stayed here for the first time this week. It’s a new hotel with the same format/layout as every Tru hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s right by the mall with plenty of options to eat and drink nearby. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were super neat and clean. Most of all it was Quiet… No noise from traffic or other guests. The breakfast is so-so, but no different than any other Tru. I wish there was a microwave in the room but that’s a minor thing. Would definitely stay here again. Good hotel, great price, convenient location… What more is there to say.

I stayed at this property this past week and overall had a great experience. At check-in, the team was amazing, and even at checkout the associate remembered that I was traveling again and staying at another Hilton property the following week, which was a nice personal touch.

After returning home, however, I noticed a $4.33 charge on my credit card from the EAT N SIP MARKET that I did not recognize. When I called to dispute the charge, the gentleman I spoke with told me that someone in my room had charged it. I explained that I was the only person staying in the room and had not made any such purchase. It became somewhat of a standoff before the charge was finally credited back and an updated invoice was sent to me.

This experience raised a concern for me—how often does this happen? I travel 30–40 times a year and stay at Hilton properties about 90% of the time. As I look ahead to my travel plans for 2026, experiences like this may influence whether I continue to stay with the brand.

I wish I could give April & Charlie 10 stars! They were absolutely amazing. They were on top of everything regarding our reservation. They were very friendly and very accommodating. We will book with this hotel because of those two ladies. We cannot express how much we appreciate those two ladies. And not talking about the true hospitality skills they both have. Whoever hired those two ladies made a great decision. This business will flourish in many ways because of them! Thank you so much April & Charlie! The rooms were absolutely amazing, the pool was so beautiful. They even have a pool table in the lobby and the coffee was fresh and stocked the entire time we were there.
