What a great meal! I grew up on the Mexico/ Texas border and east Mexican food majority of my week. It was refreshing to try other Latin foods and such great flavor! Que Rico!

The appetizer and the dessert stole the show tonight – the orange roughy ceviche (Wowsers!) was so light and subtle- i could of eaten 7 pounds of it I thought! Then we had the Carna Asada (skirt steak) and the smothered steak. Both packed with flavor, and cooked to order perfectly. But the dessert… oh man! Growing up on the border Tres Leches has always been a favorite of mine, in fact it was my grooms cake at my wedding decades ago… but these guys… these guys some how figured out how to add another milk in and keep it firm! If you go to this restaurant… get the Quatro Leches cake -a must have!

I recently revisited this place after a long time, and I was delighted to find that the food remains as tasty as ever with consistent quality. The service was commendable, and the ambiance added to the overall pleasant dining experience. Definitely worth coming back to!

Gloria’s is always Great! Hostesses are always welcoming and cheerful. Staff is attentive and walking the extra mile. Domingo provided excellent service and helped me with the menu. Kid’s menu is a great value, comes with dessert. Atmosphere is always jolly. And Abel, the manager always stops by to ask if everything is being taken care to our satisfaction. 100

My family has gone to Gloria’s in Frisco for many years, and most of the time I ordered carne asada. The meat is tasty, and comes with yucca and plantain which I like.

But in my visit last week, I wanted to have something other than beef. So I tried serrano garlic salmon. It was delicious: the salmon, the elote, and everything else! The portion is just right, too, not too much. It’s definitely a worthy option for me besides carne asada next time 😊

By the way, our server, Claudia, was also great: attentive and friendly 👍

PS: Another recommendation: try ceviche trio. It’s a refreshing appetizer.
