I was surprised with this visit for my birthday during the mid-week. It was a very vibrant environment and they were very welcoming. The wine/drink person seemed very new – he needs more time. Our main server was wonderful. I had asked for her input based on my thoughts! The port selection was “meh” – the dessert was surprisingly wonderful (I would never have suspected this dessert was chocolate mouse cake – it tasted great!) I would go again, but it’s definitely a niche place.
Without a doubt, the best coffee and food we’ve had outside of France. The crepes were delightful, the sandwiches were scrumptious, and the decor was meticulously impeccable. Such an amazing dining experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit and picked out what we will try next.
It offered an intimate interaction for us. Table was elegantly setup with a rose napkin inside the cup and the nice tower with sandwiches, dessert, and scones. Brin was a nice addition to serving us.
We came for the afternoon tea, very great ambiance and service. Brin was absolutely amazing! Our afternoon special came with ham and cheese, turkey and cheese, lobster and fig. It also came with a variety of desserts: hazelnut, lemon tart, vanilla puff pastry, and chocolate covered strawberries. To top off the tower we had blueberry and plain scones with dips. The tea came with many selections. Definitely a nice place for a girls gathering!
I’ve had La Parisienne on my list to check out and finally made it in for lunch. Such a pretty cafe! Loved all the decor and flowery touches. We started off with the Mondie’s Brie Cuit Au Four appetizer and it was delicious. We had the classic French Dip with pomme frites and it did not disappoint. So good! We finished off with tiramisu. It had a little chocolate Eiffel Tower on it. It was delicious. Our server, Sylvia (maybe Sophia) was very attentive and sweet. Can’t wait to come back for the afternoon tea.
