My culinary journey began in 1986 under the expert guidance of Dale Wamstadt at the renowned Del Frisco's Prime Steakhouse. While I started as a server, I was quickly drawn to the energy of the kitchen. Dale became my mentor, imparting every detail of kitchen operations and teaching me the true craft behind preparing exceptional prime cuts and seafood.
Through dedicated, hands-on learning, I mastered the precise skills of a Sous Chef, earning promotions to Head Chef and Kitchen Manager. Those formative years in Frisco, Texas, were incredibly rewarding and established the unwavering foundation for the chef I am today. It is that same commitment to quality and mentorship that I bring to every popular dish at Randy's Steakhouse, from our signature prime rib to our expertly prepared Chilean sea bass, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

It was our first time and we loved it. From cocktails to dessert, everything was delectable. The pork belly and filets were cooked perfectly. The drinks were impeccable. We had steak and tilapia, and the spinach stuffed mushrooms were absolutely fantastic. I must say, I think the dinner was better than a couple of highly rated steakhouses I’ve visited recently. I highly recommend Randy’s, and the prices are phenomenal.
