Driven by a passion for food, Vinny earned a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University. After moving to Summit County, he honed fine dining skills at the prestigious Ski Tip Lodge and later championed wholesome, creative cuisine as the chef at Alpine Natural Foods for seven years, building a devoted local following.
This foundation—a commitment to the highest quality ingredients and innovative flavor—inspired his dream: opening his own restaurant. At Vinny's, we proudly serve our community and visitors with celebrated dishes like our Bacon-Wrapped Dates, Aspen Ridge Short Ribs, and Sausage Rigatoni, continuing a legacy of delicious, thoughtfully prepared Euro-American fare.
Absolutely amazing! Best meal i’ve had in colorado hands down! Service was amazing, our waiter gave us a complimentary glass of wine to pair with our meal and was an absolutely great host. We will be returning.
Vinny’s was fantastic, the best food we had while visiting Frisco. High quality food, top-notch service. Several vegan and vegetarian options. We ordered the eggplant tower appetizer, the quinoa cakes special, and a pasta primavera, all of which was delicious. Our waiter was great, attentive and helpful in our dish selection.
Vinny’s is located on the second floor of a mall on Frisco’s Main St. Best to make a reservation as it was crowded and fills up.

Our family of four went to Vinny’s without a reservation. We were greeted warmly and sat promptly. Our waiter, David, was great and the good was top notch. Definitely recommend it to families and other alike.
Went twice to Vinny’s, first time on a weeknight was great, especially the chicken Parm. Second time on a weekend was significantly worse. We had a large party and were seated in a separate area, but the waiter assigned was really lousy. Didn’t know the soups of the day, said there was no chicken in the corn chowder even though there was, didn’t fill the water glasses until asked, but did it just that once. Especially disappointing because an automatic 20% gratuity is charged for the party of 8 despite poor service.
Absolutely lovely – atmosphere, service, delicious unique food. So fresh and variety of flavors just burst in your mouth!
I had fish as highly recommended by our server – it was amazing! Almost crunchy crust, some sweet amaretto sauce that tasted like ice-cream, roasted veggies – just perfection!
